At Poppy Charms, we take great pride in the quality of our products. All items are carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we are happy to assist you with a return or replacement.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for items with a valid manufacturing defect.

Any claim for return or damage must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Please include the following details when contacting us:

Your Order Number

Clear photos or videos of the defect

A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Refunds & Replacements

Once your return is approved, we will offer you either a replacement or a full refund, depending on product availability.

You may request a replacement or exchange within 2 days of receiving the product.
The replaced or exchanged item will be delivered within 7 days from the date of request approval.

Refunds will be Credited using the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Products returned without prior communication

Any issues reported after 2 days of delivery
